How do I trace the controller missing from our FR5 delivery?

Our FR5 arm arrived alone. Seller says the controller and tool wiring adapter travelled separately. No second reference supplied.

Does the packing list identify a second crate?

Two crates listed. Only the arm crate received, with its packaging retained.

Ask the seller for the second crate's package identity and carrier handover record. Put the two missing items beside that request so their answer covers the contents, not only a crate count.

Requested both. Their reply names crate B but attaches crate A's delivery receipt.

That happened with my spare cable enquiry: the fitted one kept returning in photographs. Ask them to answer the missing line directly. Ours eventually arrived, but repeated pictures did not move it.

Is your installer already booked, or can you still avoid committing their visit against this uncertain delivery?

Who is your contact for the second-crate trace?

Make them identify the adapter in B too, otherwise the controller can arrive and leave half your question unanswered

I would hold the installation date until the package can be checked. That does not mean doing nothing meanwhile; send the installer the order and received-item list so they can flag other omissions without a wasted trip.

Has the carrier actually received B? A package name alone will not answer that.

Julia, carrier traced B and delivered it. Controller and adapter present. Jack and Thomas, installer unbooked; purchasing owns the trace.

Check labels against the order before closing the shortage.

Nice to hear B turned up; did the adapter have its own identifying label or only the crate list?

Labels match the corrected item list and order. Adapter individually identified. Thank you, Jonas, for the contents question.

Better than another photo of crate A.

No visible packing or enclosure damage. Installer still needs to check the supplied combination before use.

Then the delivery shortage can be closed separately from installation acceptance. Make sure the installer gets the corrected list rather than the first email attachment.

Corrected list sent. Both missing items received and checked; installation remains a separate job.
