The pallet drawing looks orderly from above. From the packed-carton section, the turned ends sit over the finger channels. I need packaging and tooling to review the same construction before that tidy diagram becomes a training page.
Have packaging mark the required bearing areas on the actual lower layer and pallet, with tooling showing finger opening and withdrawal in those same sections. Use identified carton and tool revisions.
Packaging has done the marking. Tooling's latest section shows the fingers at placement but stops there. So we know the support conflict and still don't know how the tool exits.
Ask for the rest of that sequence, not another endpoint. Depending on the job, the closed loaded tool, opening fingers and empty withdrawal occupy different spaces. I wouldn't assume a gap seen at one of those moments covers the others.
And include the routine partial orders before settling the operator diagram. Full layers may not describe what the packer receives at the end of an order.
Dispatch supplied the partial builds. Integrator is combining them with the required support areas and the complete tool sequence. No sheet or lower-count alternative has been proposed yet.
Who keeps that combined review tied to the price? A supplier can answer the drawing question with changed fingers and leave the quotation describing the previous tool.
