Why would I power the UR5e after visible controller-area delivery damage?

Our inspection-tray UR5e arrived with a crushed crate corner, shifted supports and visible damage near the controller enclosure. I've kept it unpowered, photographed arrival and retained the packaging. The unnamed Chinese seller just says switch on. What assessment should I request before that becomes anyone's test procedure?

Keep it unpowered and ask for a qualified assessment covering the affected assembly and possible hidden damage, with an identified assessor and written scope. Send the arrival evidence and ask who coordinates inspection and the next support step. A power-up suggestion alone doesn't establish an appropriate assessment procedure.
