Our sleeve tray-loading package stops intermittently; after five days the unnamed Alibaba seller wants more than my phone clip, and I want the message and fixture details tied to this occurrence rather than attach a convenient screen from another job

Can maintenance match the clip to retained records? Start with the occurrence time, exact message and active step, then the installed job and fixture references. I would ask the support engineer which export covers the surrounding interval for your version, not send a pile of unrelated screenshots.

The shift note and video identify one occurrence, but the screen is unreadable; maintenance has the relevant log interval and is checking the active step against the installed project

Keep the original clip. Its poor screen view does not make the whole occurrence record useless.

Active step waits for receiving fixture confirmation; the exact displayed message is in the retained history, and it is now linked to our sleeve job and fixture

What does receiving fixture confirmation mean in that installed sequence? I would have the controls owner name the actual condition before anybody orders a sensor because the screen wording sounds like one.

And distinguish a false recorded indication from a physically unavailable fixture. Those are not automatically equivalent.

Controls identified the ordinary fixture-position input and found it absent in the event trace; the record cannot establish whether the fixture was out of position or its indication failed

That is a narrower support question. Has the seller assigned someone to review it with your fixture and controls people, rather than just acknowledging the download?

Their application engineer has accepted that specific investigation and requested the fixture owner's position-check record; our maintenance lead is coordinating it, with no cause or repair confirmed yet

Keep that missing physical evidence explicit. The input name has not diagnosed the hardware.
