I ordered an FR10 with its matching tool cable through an unspecified seller on Alibaba; the seller calls it shipped, but the carrier records only label creation and the repeated screenshot contains no collection event. I need to identify the physical handover before using their arrival estimate.
A freight receipt on one of our orders referred to an earlier warehouse stage, not the final carrier. Ask the seller which party collected your marked crate and for that party's receiving reference, with the tool cable identified on the packing list.
Then ask the agent to confirm receipt against the crate mark, with the seller making the connection between its order number and that booking. The two references may cover different stages.
Keep setup labour unbooked while that is open; we once paid somebody to visit an empty bay because shipped had been promoted to arriving without any new evidence
Inside the crate according to the seller's itemised list, Ella; I have asked the agent to identify the crate first, not claim to verify sealed contents
Ask the seller to keep that search attached to the order too, otherwise their next update may simply return to the original carrier screenshot while the agent works under a different number
That gives you a useful location without inventing an arrival. When the next leg is arranged, ask them to link its reference to this receipt and keep the cable check on your receiving list.
