Has my Universal Robots UR5e actually been collected?

Our order from an unnamed seller in China through Alibaba is for Universal Robots UR5e with the tray gripper, to use for grouping lightweight test pieces. Tracking has stayed at label created for 45 days. The seller calls it shipped and repeats the same screenshot, but I've no confirmation of collection.

Any handover or acceptance scan below the label event? If there's nothing, ask for a collection receipt tied to your shipment reference.

The carrier page has no acceptance event beneath the electronic information entry. I checked our order: the arm and the tray gripper are listed together, and the seller's attachment only contains the label.

Ask the carrier if it has the goods, using its published contact details and that reference. Ask the seller who actually collected them, too.

@IsaacAbbott0085 With a separate equipment purchase of mine, the reference covered final delivery and collection belonged to a forwarder. The collector's name was what cleared up the confusion.

What linked the two references on yours? I only have a single number, so I'm wary of accidentally asking about somebody else's shipment.

Request a document linking the collection reference to your order and crate label. Another unexplained number would only double the mystery.

@LucyBell0654 A collection receipt should settle where it's in the transport chain. Check that the reference and destination match your order.

@SarahBrown0937 Wouldn't that prove collection rather than current location? You could have a perfectly valid receipt and still not know where the crate is.

You're right, I overstated it. Collection is what the receipt can establish. Whoever holds it needs to answer the current-location question.

@SarahBrown0937 Can you tell from label created whether packing happened at all? I never know how much that status actually says.

No, it doesn't tell you about packing. There's shipment information on that page, but no physical acceptance shown.

@SarahBrown0937 That's why the screenshot is getting under my skin. It answers the question I've already answered: yes, there's a tracking number.
