Why does our UR5e housing ticket need another film of nothing moving?

Our housing-loading job pauses with the part above the fixture, and support has spent 32 days asking for more video. I can film a stationary housing from six directions and still not show the condition the program wants. Who should identify that condition in the installed job before we repeat this?

The installed job author should identify the waiting branch and its required preceding conditions, with support agreeing which fields and interval would distinguish the possibilities. Include the job and fixture identities. A view of the stationary housing does not establish whether the application is waiting normally or handling a fault.
