The rotated cartons fit. Their support doesn't

Reviewing an FR10 dispatch pattern. Some cartons bridge gaps against their support direction. Neat drawing, awkward question

Has the packing team seen the actual alternating layers, with support areas marked? I'd want their interpretation of the carton requirement alongside the integrator's access review, not another drawing that only counts boxes.

Not together. I'm trying to get both teams in the room

Bring dispatch too. They inherit the pattern once the meeting ends

And ask what happens to the part pallet. Full layers are not the whole working day.

Anna, that's worth adding, although Grace still needs the support problem settled for the full pattern. Are you thinking about finishing a short order or about removing a damaged carton? Those leave different conditions.

Short orders. Damaged cartons are another question, not what I meant.

Can dispatch identify which partial layers they actually send? A made-up half pallet may miss their normal problem

They've picked three recent short orders. Thanks, that's better than my imaginary half pallet

Did that help get them into the review?

Yes. They also want the pickup access shown for the unfinished loads

Grace, is that robot pickup or someone handling the remaining cartons? I read it two ways

People handling remaining cartons. Poor wording from me

Show that separately from the tool's route, then. Packaging needs to assess the proposed load conditions and the integrator needs to assess its equipment access; a person being able to reach a carton doesn't answer either one.

Has anybody accepted the packaging conditions yet? More people at the review is useful, but dispatch still needs that answer.
