The arm crate arrived, the separately identified tooling-kit crate did not. Tracking calls the consolidated shipment delivered and the receipt has unclear package counts. After 35 days asking, I still have no trace by that crate's mark; our housing-transfer setup cannot use a consignment-level answer.

What does the receiving record establish for each crate mark? Ask the agent to reconcile those marks through consolidation, any repacking and onward delivery, while preserving your original receipt. One delivered entry cannot establish the contents or destination of every package behind it.

Agent traced the tooling crate to warehouse receipt but cannot show its onward loading. They have opened a search against its mark and linked our arm-only receiving photographs. That narrows the gap; no missing crate delivered yet.
