Why does our FR5 support reply name a different unloading step?

Our connector stops before pickup, but the support reply describes release into the tray; the video filename is correct and the ticket summary isn't.

Does the export identify the active step, or are you locating it only from the picture? That might help show support exactly which explanation does not fit.

Export says awaiting fixture release, connector still in the fixture; I've put that beside their tray-release explanation.

Have they checked whether the step names in their program copy match yours? The same words can lead you to different places after a revision.

They had the commissioning draft, not our installed revision; ticket reassigned to the integrator with the matching copy, and the wait is still unexplained.

Who is taking the next occurrence report now? Worth making that clear to the operator so it does not go back into the old ticket summary.
