I traced the packed case's reinforced bearing strips onto our UR5e pallet proposal. The rotated row now has strips over the gaps intended for the fingers.
Packaging and tooling have each said their own drawing works. I need them to review the same arrangement, including the bottom layer, before I can call the pattern acceptable.
Put the actual packed-case section, required bearing areas and complete finger withdrawal on one drawing. That makes the disagreement visible without asking either team to interpret the other's shorthand.
Ask who owns the combined decision too. We have had two perfectly reasonable comments on different revisions travel around as a supposed approval. One current drawing would have saved a lot of polite confusion.
Integration lead owns the combined review. Packaging is marking required support on revision C of the tool layout, so both teams now have the same starting drawing.
Include the partial-order ending in that review. A full-layer teaching picture will not tell the packer what arrangement is expected when the order ends halfway through.
