How do I count accepted housings instead of successful inspection rows?

UR5e batch report counts two passes for one retried housing. Physical accepted tray contains it once.

Does each result carry the housing's identity, so the report can count accepted items while retaining all their inspection attempts?

Yes. Housing label plus an attempt number.

Then the report can group attempts under the item, but the completion count should use its current reviewed acceptance state rather than the number of pass rows.

Who owns that acceptance state? Ours had a pass in one screen and a hold in another. Dispatch naturally chose the happier screen until somebody pointed out the box still had a hold label on it.

Quality owns it. Holds are separate in the database, ignored by this report.

So the fix needs those decisions too. Developer has the example now.

Include a held item with an earlier pass in the check; that will show whether the revised total follows the current decision.

Who handles an undecided item when quality has gone home?

Will unresolved items have their own visible count, so the shift can see what still needs a decision without opening every housing's history?

Yes. Quality's nominated cover handles decisions; unresolved stays separate from accepted.

Test report counts the retried housing once. The held-pass example counts zero accepted. All attempts remain visible.

Try receiving the same result twice too. Our reconnect replayed the last result and made a second row, which looked wonderfully productive until we counted the parts.

Same attempt identifier is now recognised on repeat delivery. A new real attempt still gets its own row.

Quality reconciled the revised report with the trays. Counts agree, including holds. Corrected report is in use.

Does its heading say accepted housings now? That small wording change would make the number easier to interpret than the old generic completed count.
