I can report steadier-looking sleeve pickup, not a solved transfer. Our supervised UR5e fixture-to-tray runs improved after I added a locator, then missed following tray replacement. Need to distinguish what changed from what merely happened afterwards.
Later pickup from the receiving tray. I compressed the whole sequence into transfer and made that unclear. The source-fixture pickup was not the part I saw improve.
The missed sleeve stands higher before approach. I have a view of that, but no equivalent view from the earlier runs. Maintenance is checking the replacement tray against the specified pocket detail.
That is enough to retain the failure without inventing its cause. Your earlier few runs don't establish whether every sleeve was seated correctly either.
Replacement tray has a shallower pocket insert than the specified one. It is held out of the setup. The report now separates the limited earlier observation from this identified mismatch; no claim that changing the insert has fixed the job.
