@MinaChan1120 Does your support message include the arm and controller identifiers, a photo of the connections, and the relevant manual page? Those would make the mismatch easier to locate.

I've the arm and controller identifiers plus a photo of the arm connection cable. The drawing doesn't match, and the manual filename gives no controller configuration.
