Crushed corner, supports displaced and visible damage by the arm connector housing on arrival. FR5 remains unpowered in receiving. Seller says switch it on; I've kept the packaging and photographs, but need an assessment route for our assembly-sample equipment.
I'd have your installer or a qualified service person review the arrival evidence and propose an assessment before any power-up. Include the displaced support's position, not just the damaged housing. The seller needs to address that scope and responsibility, not simply ask whether the screen lights up.
Installer has offered to prepare a scope from the arrival pack. I've asked the seller to put a technical contact on it and discuss costs. Nothing booked or inspected yet; receiving is keeping it held.
