The tool interface seems to belong to a different manual

Our used UR5e package arrived with a tool interface that doesn't match the supplied guide. The arm labels match the order. I'd like the interface identified before we connect it; the seller keeps assuring me the robot is correct, which answers the easier question.

Treat the supplied interface as its own item to identify. Send its exterior markings and the assembly photos. The arm manual may not cover an added accessory, even when the arm is correct.

You were right about the accessory. Our integrator identified it as a separately supplied interface and has requested its own documentation. I was asking for the wrong missing manual... still missing, but now with a better description.

Have the integrator confirm the complete combination and applicable instructions before connection. Identifying the accessory is useful progress; compatibility and installation details are still separate checks.
