The proposed FR5 exchange layout has the aluminium blank at its destination, but the tool body is missing and the open door is just a line. I can get the machine measured. What should the tool supplier put on the same view?
The complete held-blank assembly, including fingers, body, adapter and connections, through the required movements. And measure the handle too. A door line has a suspiciously convenient lack of thickness.
Machine owner has measured the opening and the door in its intended open position, handle included. Tool supplier still has the rear connection marked to be confirmed.
They've added the empty route to the request, but no route assessment yet. Rear connection still undefined. Setter's fixture-change access is in the layout too.
Useful. I'd leave the arm and stand decision open until that actual assembly has been assessed, rather than let the measured door make the unfinished tool look finished.
