A tray-unloading stop with the message outside the video

Our UR5e housing-unloading package pauses after a tray exchange, and I sent the Alibaba seller a phone video from the tooling side. It shows the fingers clearly but neither screen. Support wants the program step and message, so I am trying to connect the operator's notes to the right occurrence.

Use one occurrence with matching notes and screen history, because three attractive clips from different stops will give the technician three different puzzles.

I found a station message matching the operator's note: waiting tray clamped. The video shows a tray present, but I cannot see the clamp or its confirmation from that angle.

Ask the integrator what supplies that confirmation and include the tray identity; present isn't the same thing as clamped, even if the tray looks comfortably at home.

The integrator has identified the clamp confirmation and requested a capture with its state. Maintenance also wants to inspect the clamp target. We have kept the original event separate from the later examples.

Get maintenance's findings tied to that target before ordering anything, because a confirmation can be absent for several reasons and the sensor is only one of them.

Maintenance found the target mount loose and repaired it, then checked the confirmation. The supervised run has not repeated the message so far. I've sent the run scope to support with the repair detail, thank you.

Did support agree that addresses the occurrence you reported, or are they still asking for another capture?
