The final bracket report skips the first released measurement

I'm reviewing a UR5e welding proposal whose old bracket report jumps from clamped alignment to acceptance after correction. The new layout omits that correction bench. Who should explain the missing stage before this becomes an assumed saving?

On an inherited cell, the operator's small off-sheet task turned out to be essential to every acceptable part. I'd begin with whoever did the correction and whoever accepted the finished bracket, then involve the welding lead in deciding what a current-part trial needs to measure

The inspector confirms that accepted dimensions were taken after correction. The former operator is available to explain the task, but there are no identified pre-correction readings in this folder. Planning has removed the assumed labour saving for now.

Did the former operator recognise why the task was needed, or is that still waiting for their visit? Interested whether the old fixture issue was ever understood
