I have a readable FR5 message and a decent video. Different occurrences. Can't honestly send them as a pair

Then label them separately. Does either occurrence have enough detail on its own for the seller to start with?

Screenshot has time and job revision. Video has the spacer and tray, no readable screen.

Start with the identified screenshot occurrence and ask what is missing for that one, keeping the other video available but explicitly unpaired.

Seller wants the receiving nest identity from the screenshot occurrence. Our sheet only names the tray.

Can the shift record establish the nest fitted then? Don't use the one fitted now just because it's nearby.

If that identity cannot be recovered, tell support so and arrange the missing detail on a future occurrence rather than filling the old gap by inference.

No nest exchange record found. I've marked that identity unknown in the ticket.

Who owns the next capture? I'd make the nest label part of their request now, while everyone remembers why it's needed.

Shift lead. Thanks Mei, the capture sheet now asks for the actual nest, not just job name.

Ask the seller to keep the screenshot occurrence limited to what is known too; a better future capture may explain a later stop without retroactively identifying every earlier one.
