UR5e connector-unloading stop with no event-linked message

I know from an earlier ticket how much confusion an attachment from the wrong fixture can cause. For this UR5e connector-unloading package, the seller has had my phone video but still needs details after 37 days. Which observations should I link to one stop so their technical person can narrow it down?

Start with one event time, the exact displayed message and active step. Add the connector job and fixture identity. Then ask maintenance for the controller and PLC evidence from that event, not a convenient screenshot from another run

The video shows the held connector, but the screen is unreadable and I can't recover the exact message from it. I'll retain it as a physical view, with that limit stated, and ask maintenance how the event records can be retrieved

Can you see what the receiving position looked like when it stopped? Held part alone doesn't tell me whether the sequence was waiting for space, confirmation or something else

No, the tray edge hides that position in this clip. That's another unknown I'll mark explicitly; I won't describe the receiving position as clear just because the rest of the tray looks empty
