Our Fairino FR5 arrived from an unnamed seller in China with external labels matching the order. The guide shows different connections around the arm connection cable. I asked for the applicable manual 14 days ago without a useful reply.
We bought it for transferring fixture samples, and I've kept the setup unpowered.
I've got both identifiers and a photo of the arm connection cable. The drawing's visibly different. Even the filename gives me no controller configuration to go on.
Put those together in a short request for the applicable document and confirmation of its configuration. Keep the setup off while connection identity is uncertain.
An independently verified maker contact is worth asking about the correct manual. Their ability to identify it doesn't automatically mean they'll handle the seller's support commitment.
@EllaBrooks0816 Support has confirmed our supplied configuration and provided the matching guide. The documentation mismatch is closed; I still need to complete the normal setup checks.
