A supplier once showed us a single sheet lifted from little blocks, which was a perfectly clear demonstration of lifting from little blocks. We needed sheets separated from a stack. I would ask them to demonstrate your starting condition explicitly, including what happens when two arrive together and how the tool releases into the real receiver. Otherwise everyone can keep agreeing the vacuum works while answering different questions.
Why is one loose panel enough to approve our stack pickup?

The proposed FR10 vacuum tool held a loose stainless cover panel on the supplier's bench. Useful, but our panels come from a stack, and I have had two stick together by hand. The report doesn't show how the free edge stays supported on the way to the nest either. Am I asking for a different trial, or should that have been part of this one?
