How do I link our delivered FR10 module to its service case?

I returned the tool interface module to the seller's confirmed service address, but tracking says delivered and their service contact says no item booked against our case; what should I send to connect the parcel with the actual module?

Have you got the module identifier beside the return authorisation and parcel number in one message?

All three, yes, plus a packing photo showing the label before I closed the box.

Then ask service to trace that identified module internally, not just confirm the delivery address again.

They say reception signed for several parcels together and are asking receiving to check that delivery.

Ask for a named person to own that receiving-to-service search. Your evidence sounds joined up already; it needs somebody at their end to find the box (and confirm the contents).

Did your case number appear on the outside label too?

Yes, Toby, visible in my label photo; Jasper, a service coordinator is now handling the search, but no module location or intake reference confirmed yet.

Keep the cell-out-of-service status attached to that case. A named search contact helps, but nobody has assessed your module or given you a repair timetable yet.
