Supplier showed an FR10 lifting a smooth unprinted box. Our packed cartons have a tape seam wandering across the top and two board finishes. I sent samples, so it was a surprise to see somebody else's immaculate box in the video. Need a trial that represents our supply before choosing the pickup concept.
They call the video a general demonstration. Fair enough, but the quote uses it as evidence the proposed cups suit our cartons. I've asked for a sample-specific assessment.
Include the seam positions they might actually encounter, not just one easy landing spot. I'd want to see what the proposed system detects when pickup isn't satisfactory as well as the clean lift.
Operator would deal with it under the planned recovery method, which isn't described yet. I've added that to the trial request with filled cartons from both finishes.
Good. Keep the carton identities against the trial observations, because a mixed sample pile becomes surprisingly hard to explain once the one troublesome box is back in dispatch.
