Setup stays unpowered because the guide shows different pendant-assembly connections from our delivered UR5e. External labels match the order. Forty-six days asking the China seller for the applicable manual, with no useful answer. What should I give a technical contact to stop this turning into another copy of the same guide?
Mark the mismatched page and pair it with identified photographs of the supplied assembly and its labels. Ask which hardware and guide revisions apply together. Keep the question specific to those connections, not a general request for all manuals.
Done. Their technical reply identifies a later connector assembly on our unit, but attaches the same old guide. At least somebody has named the difference; they still haven't supplied installation instructions that use it.
Send that contradiction back to the named contact. The revision explanation and applicable setup procedure are separate deliverables. Your installer needs the second before proceeding, not permission to interpret the old drawing creatively.
They supplied a revision-specific supplement. Our installer confirms the connector identification matches the hardware photographs, but the supplement omits the required pre-power checks. I've asked for those rather than calling the documentation complete.
Keep that remaining omission explicit in the handover. Matching connection names is progress, but it does not replace the missing procedure or release the unpowered setup.
