Three emails now saying our FR5 and mounting plate have shipped. The Alibaba seller keeps attaching the same label screenshot. Carrier tracking still says label created.
I have a cleared bench and people asking when the tray work can start, but no idea where the crate actually is. Is there an earlier freight handover I should be asking about, or am I just giving them another vague answer to use?
There can be an earlier forwarder leg, but ask them to name it and provide a verifiable handover reference for your crate. You need the present physical location and the next responsible carrier, not a new version of shipped. Tell the people planning the tray work that collection remains unconfirmed.
Can they put you and the agent into one exchange? That lets the agent confirm receipt and identify the crate directly instead of you translating another sales update.
Agent replied. They have a booking under our order, but say the crate has not reached their warehouse. Seller is checking. Bench still empty, now with a more interesting explanation.
Leave location unconfirmed until those two accounts are reconciled. Has the seller produced a pickup record from whoever supposedly took it to the agent?
