I've asked for the actual filled-carton bearing requirement, not just the preferred-direction arrow, because our UR5e dispatch layout rotates labelled cartons over gaps; how should the shared packaging and tool review treat permitted short loads as well as the attractive full pallet?
Show each allowed short-load endpoint and the placement sequence on the same revision as the full load. Packaging needs actual bearing beneath it. Tooling needs the complete loaded, opening and withdrawing assembly, not only its final release position.
Packaging has supplied the bearing areas and dispatch has listed the short-order endpoints, so the engineer can now compare actual support and withdrawal at those stages; the rotated positions remain unaccepted while that combined check is done.
Keep the label-facing requirement in that same comparison, Lucy, because a support-friendly rotation may still create a manual relabelling or turning job that your dispatch people never agreed to own.
