The spacer stays in the gripper and the station displays 'tray not ready'. Our seller, contacted through Alibaba, wants more detail. I can show the tray sitting there, but that doesn't tell me what the program means by ready. More precisely, I don't know which confirmation it's waiting on.
Does the clip identify the active job step? The tray may be present while the step also expects a clamp, position or pocket condition. Ask support to explain the specific message in that revision.
Step 18 is visible. Our saved job is revision 3 and the screen agrees. The ticket only said tray unload stop, so I've asked what Step 18 needs and attached the readable screen.
Include the occurrence time if the technician will compare it with input history. A readable step narrows the question, but a later screenshot of the inputs may describe a different condition.
Added the time from that clip and asked the technician for the matching history. I won't send the screenshot from after the tray was reseated as though it showed the stop.
