Returned our FR10 pendant to the seller's confirmed Chinese service address. Agreement and delivery proof kept. Fifty-two days without intake or inspection confirmation. Sample-tray setup down. Who should trace it?
Ask the seller to reconcile your return agreement, pendant identity and carrier proof with the receiving site's intake record. A delivered parcel isn't yet an acknowledged service item, even if both addresses match.
Request the intake contact, not another transport summary. Ask them to search the delivery date, package reference and your return authorisation together, including unassigned receipts.
Rachel's point is worth making to whoever covers the tray job. I'd ask for the next service update date too, but not invent a return date while the pendant is still unassigned.
If they locate it, ask them to confirm the pendant identity and receipt condition. Finding a parcel with your name is a useful step, not the assessment you sent it for.
