Our FR5 blank clears a door that is drawn shut

The reach sketch for our brass-blank loader shows the mill door shut and no gripper body. I cannot use that to choose the stand. What should the integrator add first?

Use the surveyed open door and the complete held-tool assembly first. Include body, fingers, adapter and connections, then the loaded entry, release and empty withdrawal. The stand choice depends on the whole exchange.

Door survey exists in the maintenance folder. The tool supplier has only sent a finger sketch. I will link the missing complete assembly to their name in the review.

Check the surveyed position is the actual fully open one. We had a drawing labelled open that meant partly open for the person taking measurements, which made the later comparison rather exciting.

Maintenance confirmed fully open. Survey includes the handle and linkage. Those are absent from the supplier's reach picture as well.

Keep the setter's working space on that same survey. The robot route and the human changeover are both users of this room, even if only one gets a coloured line.

Callum, yes. Mark can reject a fixed stand conflict early, while the tool supplier completes its part. No need to wait for perfect geometry to identify an occupied trolley route.

Is a trolley route actually affected here, Mark, or are we listing things to check?

A check to make, Pavel. No trolley conflict established yet. Setter is marking the required access, and the proposed stand remains a candidate.

Thanks for keeping that straight. A possible conflict can harden into a reported one surprisingly quickly once three people repeat it.

Setter's access marked and clear of this candidate stand. Complete tool assembly is now back from the supplier. Integrator can start the actual route comparison.

Include the open fingers after release, not only the loaded tool with the blank removed. That's a distinct shape for the empty withdrawal.
