Our FR5 panel quote tests a loose sheet, not the incoming stack

Supplier shows the vacuum tool holding one aluminium enclosure panel. Our job starts with stacked panels and ends in an assembly fixture. Separation and support through that move are still unexplained.

Give the supplier representative incoming stacks and the receiving fixture details, then ask for the proposed separation, support and single-panel confirmation through the complete sequence, including how a suspected double is handled.

Stacks have protective film on alternate faces. Their test sheet had no film. I have added that difference to the sample request.

No. It stays until the next assembly stage. The proposal must handle panels in that incoming condition.

Then ask them to demonstrate that actual condition through release into the fixture, not infer it from a bare-sheet seal, with the panel support and any manual separation work visible.

Who clears a suspected double, and can they reach the stack without dismantling the tool?
