Main UR5e checked. Fitted adapter present. Spare kit absent after forty days of next shipment. Apparently the fitted one is doing double duty in their paperwork.

Ask for the spare line's outstanding quantity, separate from the fitted adapter.

They acknowledge one additional adapter owed. No shipment identified.

Ask whether the complete spare assembly is available, with its reference and listed contents, before choosing between supply and credit.

Plate available. Its locating parts aren't. Their proposed parcel would still leave us short.

Then have them state that partial offer clearly. You might choose to receive the plate, but it should not close the kit line or turn an incomplete spare into available stock.

Do you want the plate now, or only the complete kit?

Complete kit. Loose plate doesn't help our changeover cover.

Get a complete replacement price from maintenance if you consider credit, including the unavailable locating parts and any delivery charge; the plate price alone will flatter the offer.

Requested. Seller's credit covers the complete missing contents, but replacement availability is still being checked. Not choosing from another catalogue promise.

Keep the kit marked unavailable in the maintenance plan meanwhile. The acknowledged balance is progress, but the next shift still has no spare to fit.
