Ten days of 'label created' for our FR10 order and matching tool cable, while the seller through Alibaba keeps saying shipped and sending the same screenshot; I don't want to pay someone else to chase a parcel that might still be on their floor, so what should I ask them for first?

Ask who physically received the package from them, and for a handover reference tied to your crate marks. If they used a consolidator, ask that party to confirm receipt. I mean receipt of your package, not confirmation that someone booked space.
