I unpacked six fixture-change kits for our UR5e and can only build three complete sets. Seller counts individual locating blocks; their final contents message describes a pair in each kit. The screws are all there. I want the missing blocks addressed, not another argument about how many objects fit in a box.
Lay out one complete kit and the leftovers beside the packing list. I did that with a cable order and the photo finally got us past the word set. Still needed the invoice to show what we'd agreed to buy.
Send their own per-kit contents message back with the disputed line marked. Ask whether they are disputing what a kit contains or admitting the package is short. Those are different conversations.
They now say the contents message was a mistake. I've asked purchasing to compare that with the accepted invoice and settle the discrepancy. I haven't agreed to redefine six kits as three.
Did purchasing get a remedy proposed? Keep the photo and original messages together; our seller offered loose replacements eventually, but the first offer covered fewer missing items than we'd shown.
