I need the ordered adapter and lightweight samples visible in the same continuous demonstration as the package identity. Twenty days of requests have produced general arm movement and a separate label photo. Neither shows whether our actual sample-handling arrangement was used.
Has their technical contact said the ordered adapter is fitted and available, or are sales sending archive clips without checking? Ask that before refining the same filming request again
Technical contact confirms it is fitted and sent clear assembly photographs. They admit the old clip was from another package. Our reviewer has accepted the identity photographs, but the actual pickup, transfer and release recording is still missing.
