The accessory box was sealed when stores opened it. We ordered 64 matched kits for molded-part jobs, with one tool cable in each; the other listed contents count to 64, but cables count to 48. Seller now says the quantity meant pieces, despite the final contents message. I need the missing sixteen answered without another photograph of the full outer box.
No second parcel. Their packing supervisor confirms only 48 cables were packed and has accepted the shortage. Sales is offering credit or a separate supply of sixteen.
Have they priced the separate shipping? I would compare the actual offers before choosing. A credit sounds simple until you discover the alternative cable supply costs more than the amount credited.
They have offered the same cable reference with shipping included. We chose that option; their warehouse has reserved sixteen and sent photographs of the labels. No dispatch reference yet.
