Ask them to identify the stage they cannot interpret and the evidence needed for it. A useful reply might be missing PLC request or unreadable message. Send more details leaves you guessing which extra recording would help.
our FR5 ticket has matching times but no explanation of the wait

What does the screen actually say?
1 pointsWaiting for tray permission, Oscar, and the video shows the housing still in its pocket; Julia, I've asked them which part of that occurrence they cannot interpret.
8 pointsWho supplies tray permission? The seller may be looking at the robot while that signal belongs to somebody else's PLC program.
3 pointsWe lost several exchanges that way on a sample handler. The support person kept asking for a fault number because the request had been filed as robot fault. There wasn't one. The machine was waiting for a permission that another program had not issued. That is not a diagnosis of yours, Emma. It is a reason to give the support contact the exact waiting text, even if your original ticket title now sounds too dramatic.
7 pointsJulia, did one supplier own both programs?
9 pointsNo. Once both were on the call, they found they had different meanings for ready. The first useful change was agreeing the event they were discussing; the program correction came later.
9 pointsEmma, is the tray-permission definition included in your handover? It would help to compare what the screen calls it with the PLC author's intended event.
23 pointsThe local integrator owns the PLC and calls it tray available, while the seller's list says tray in position; both have been sent the two descriptions, which may or may not mean the same thing.
11 pointsAvailable could include more conditions than in position. Ask each author to list their conditions rather than choosing one label and assuming the argument is over.
6 pointsHas either author looked at the captured occurrence yet?
7 pointsMaya, would you put the operator wording alongside those conditions? The current message should lead staff to the right support person, even when they cannot diagnose the PLC.
8 pointsOscar, the local author has, seller hasn't confirmed; they now have a joint review invitation but no agreed time, and I have left the cell's intermittent wait unresolved on our support list.
9 pointsYes, Nadia. Especially if several missing conditions produce the same text. Otherwise the operator can accurately read the message and still be unable to tell anyone what needs attention.
