The reach sketch leaves out our machine door and gripper

Our proposed use for Fairino FR5 is machining fixture exchange with a machined brass blank in an enclosed machining cell, with 116 planned. The reach sketch suggests the fixture is accessible, but it includes neither the gripper body nor the open machine door. i need a fuller access check to inform our choice of arm.

@LuisBennett0782 Got measured outlines for the opening and gripper? An offline layout might catch what the reach circle misses.

Checked them. The approach clips the handle; the workpiece clears. No wonder my first sketch looked so reassuring.

Use that measured layout to review the complete approach and retreat offline. Include the tool, cables and service access, then ask the integrator to assess a revised mounting arrangement.

i still can't establish a usable approach for the complete tool. Purchase is on hold until access is settled.

Holding the purchase makes sense while the complete-tool approach remains unproven.
