I called our FR5 block-loading trial easy in my first write-up. The demonstrator prepared the tray and program. I mainly followed the sequence. How do I correct that without discarding my useful impressions?

Say what you actually did, because easy to follow and easy to build are two very different compliments; did you get through a tray without the demonstrator stepping in?

Yes, one prepared tray. He talked me through starting it and stayed beside me. I did not change the product or set up the gripper.

The sequence screen was clear to me after his explanation. I have changed easy to a description of that assisted run. The setup and changeover work are now listed as things I did not try.

Much more useful. What did you like about the screen specifically? Big enough text, sensible order, actual words instead of a row of mystery lamps?

That's the sort of thing I'd read a first impression for; you don't need to turn it into a commissioning report to have noticed something worth telling us
