Why does the FR10 cable guide depict connections my delivered assembly lacks?

Our FR10 labels match the housing-placement order, but the guide disagrees with the arm cable connections. Fifteen days waiting for clarification. Still unpowered; I want instructions applicable to this delivery, not another generic attachment.

Send the exact guide page beside readable assembly labels and outside connection views. Request technical applicability confirmation.

Who will verify their answer before the installer uses it?

Our installer will review it. I have sent the views and guide revision to the seller's technical contact; not asking sales to interpret connector shapes.

Does the guide describe the cable supplied, or a complete assembly with an intermediate connection unit? A missing unit and an obsolete picture would need different answers.

Guide includes an intermediate unit not shown in our agreed parts list. Technical contact says the delivered cable goes with a different assembly revision and is checking the applicable drawing.

Keep both explanations provisional until the identified drawing arrives. A verbal revision claim is not an installation instruction.

Will that answer also confirm whether anything is missing from the agreed package?

Hassan's point is worth asking separately. A drawing explaining what was delivered doesn't by itself settle whether it is the configuration you purchased.

Applicable drawing received and installer confirms it matches the supplied external assembly. Seller also reconciled the agreed parts list: no intermediate unit included or required in that documented revision. Full installation review remains with our installer.

Retain the incorrect guide with the correspondence, and issue the applicable set for installation. Don't leave both unmarked.
