Our delivered FR5 labels match the order, but the supplied guide shows a different pendant connection. The seller keeps sending the same pages after I point it out. We have left it unpowered.
What identification would let a support person find the correct guide? A photograph of the socket apparently hasn't been enough.

Have you sent the controller and pendant label details together, with the guide's title and revision? I'd want that combination before trying to identify it from the socket shape alone.
