Our FR10 arrived with another label suffix and a tool-interface bracket unlike the configuration confirmed against our fixture drawing. Seller calls it equivalent. No dimensions to explain that. Tool has stayed unfitted for three days and lightweight-housing loading cannot begin. Is asking for the exact bracket comparison enough, or should I refuse this substitution now?
