I ordered an FR5 and tray-handling gripper for placing housings in trays. After 35 days of queries the seller in China says handed over, while the freight agent says awaiting warehouse receipt under another reference. I need the actual handover trail, not another delivery forecast built on those two messages.
Put both references in one enquiry to the seller and agent. Ask them to connect the order, package marks and claimed handover, with the receiving party and dated evidence, so they are answering about the same physical shipment rather than two booking screens.
The attachment is a collection booking. No signed receipt. The agent is checking the second reference against the package marks and the arm-plus-gripper contents.
Keep the gripper in that contents question. I have seen an arm located while the separately packed tooling quietly drops out of the trace, which does not give the installer a complete delivery to plan around.
The agent linked the references, but says the booking was never checked into its warehouse. Seller still says handed over and has supplied no collection receipt.
Then ask the seller for the collection party and custody evidence, or a corrected status if collection did not occur. The reference link is useful, but it has not answered where the packages are.
Seller checked their dispatch area and found both packages still there. They corrected the status to awaiting collection. The photos show the package marks listed for the arm and gripper.
The agent has confirmed the new booking, not pickup. I've withdrawn the old handover date from our planning summary and kept its original message in the trace history.
Good to have the packages located, unpleasant as the answer is. The installer still needs collection and onward progress before anyone turns the new booking into an arrival date.
Collection receipt has now arrived with both package marks, and the agent confirms warehouse intake. No onward departure confirmed. Thanks, Rick; asking what had physically been checked broke the loop.
