FR5 sleeves now lean in the grip. Tray looks unchanged. More teaching suggested; I'd rather find what's moved.

When did it start? Anything changed on the fingers or tray before the first bad pickup?

After the finger pads were replaced.

I'd have maintenance inspect those first, with the setup safely isolated. Look at the fitted pads and their seating against the documented arrangement. The tray can wait its turn as a suspect.

One pad has a raised edge. Didn't see it looking straight on.

Is it loose, or fitted over something?

Check both pad thicknesses against the specified parts while it is apart.

Old adhesive under the edge. Both pads are the right type. Maintenance is refitting them properly.

Refit and setup check complete. Sleeves square again. The coordinate changes were reviewed too.

Worth adding that edge view to the pad-change instructions. The front view fooled you once; no reason to let it fool the next person.
