My FR10 order includes the controller connection cable for grouping test pieces. The Alibaba seller calls it shipped, but the carrier page has shown label created for twenty-eight days. Same screenshot every reply. I need to know whether the goods were collected at all.

Request a collection record tied to your package marks and contents, not the label again.

Sent that request with the cable named as part of the order. I also asked them to say plainly if collection hasn't happened.

Their order manager acknowledged the question. No collection evidence supplied yet; I haven't changed our planning status to dispatched.

Keep that acknowledgement separate from a shipment confirmation. It gives you a contact, not a location.
