My FR10 estimate includes no one to release the spacer fixture

The arm and gripper are priced. Meanwhile our machinist points out that she releases a sticking spacer and cleans the fixture several times during an order. I had treated that as setup. Rather awkward omission. I want a bounded observation before commissioning another fixture concept, but what should we agree to count?

Count the interventions, their reasons and the active work through a representative order and changeover, with waiting separate; fixture release repeated during production belongs in the proposed process, not in an optimistic setup allowance.

We have agreed one observed order and its changeover, with the machinist recording the reason for each release or cleaning interruption. The toolmaker has a paid review slot afterwards. No commitment to build the fixture; that depends on what the observation shows.
