Does our UR5e puck tilt before the fingers close?

Our puck pickup now has three saved corrections. Latest one works on the near tray row and tilts the far row. I want the physical setup checked before anyone adds a fourth.

I once chased a crooked pickup to a tray foot resting on a stray washer. Are the pucks level while seated, before the jaws touch them?

Do both rows use the same pocket insert? Or rather, are they meant to? A shared tray doesn't necessarily mean every seat is identical.

David, far-row pucks already lean slightly. Owen, inserts should match. Far row was replaced during a repair. Nobody mentioned that alongside the pickup edits.

Then compare the replacement seats with the required part and inspect what is underneath them. The tilted puck is giving you a much better starting point than another offset.

Don't assume the replacements are wrong just because they're newer, though. Could be dirt underneath or the way they were fitted.

Agreed. Compare the actual seating, not the age.

Repair inspection found debris under the far-row insert strip. Cleaned and refitted by maintenance. Pucks sit level now. Pickup corrections still need sorting against that repaired setup.

Worth keeping the stripped-down photo for the next repair. Not glamorous, but it shows a place that looked fine from above.

Has the pickup comparison covered both rows with the reviewed program yet? Level in the tray is useful; it doesn't tell us what the accumulated corrections now do.
