For this short steel blank, I am asking for the held tool assembly and installed door geometry together. The FR10 sketch still stops at a reachable fixture point. What should the review show between pickup and complete withdrawal, including the space needed by the setter?
Does the toolmaker define how far the blank sits in the fingers? That held position belongs in the complete assembly before the withdrawal path is judged.
The grip depth is defined, but adapter and connection geometry are not combined with it. Door is a generic opening on this sketch. Our machine lead still needs to confirm the installed survey.
Then ask the integrator to own that combined view and its missing inputs. A requested survey is not a measured opening, so there is no reason yet to describe the route as clear or blocked.
Include the setter's actual changeover task, Isaac. On a layout review, standing space and room to carry a fixture out turned out to be different questions for us.
Setter removes the fixture through the front and brings a trolley to the opening. Those arrangements are in the survey request. We have not proposed another base position or an altered grip to create room.
Emma, agreed. And the relevant door position could differ for the setter's task; fully open is not necessarily one measured condition that answers both activities.
Have you identified who returns the complete tool drawing, Isaac? Without an owner, the survey can arrive and still leave you with a very accurately measured hole and an imaginary gripper.
Our tool supplier owns the assembly drawing, Gabriel. Integrator has both responsibilities listed with the machine lead. No drawing or survey result has arrived since the opening, so the choice remains provisional.
Yes. Approach, pickup, loaded withdrawal and empty return are now named separately, with setter access retained. That makes the request clearer; it has not yet supplied the missing access assessment.
