One supplier shows an FR5 loading our pucks from a new tray. The other candidate uses our existing tray, including its awkward corner pockets. I cannot attribute the difference to the arms. We could change trays, but their preparation and changeover work belong in the purchase comparison.
Ask both suppliers to price and demonstrate the same agreed incoming presentation, or explicitly compare two complete handling methods with their tray preparation, difficult pockets and normal order changes included; different methods can be legitimate alternatives without being evidence of an arm-only advantage.
