The FR5 comparison changes both the arm and the puck tray

One supplier shows an FR5 loading our pucks from a new tray. The other candidate uses our existing tray, including its awkward corner pockets. I cannot attribute the difference to the arms. We could change trays, but their preparation and changeover work belong in the purchase comparison.

Ask both suppliers to price and demonstrate the same agreed incoming presentation, or explicitly compare two complete handling methods with their tray preparation, difficult pockets and normal order changes included; different methods can be legitimate alternatives without being evidence of an arm-only advantage.

We are comparing complete methods. The new tray is not ruled out, but its supplier has not shown who fills it or how the final few pucks are handled. I have added those tasks to the requested demonstration. Neither candidate is selected.
